Returns & Refunds Policy
At Wigeont, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our 7-day Return Policy allows you to return eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms mentioned below.
Return Eligibility for Other Categories
Products purchased under promotional offers (such as Buy One Get One or special combo offers) are not eligible for return, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Travel cases and duffel trolleys are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, even if purchased under promotional offers.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- Undamaged
- In original condition
- With original tags, packaging, invoice, and warranty details intact
How to Return a Product
- Log in to your account at https://wigeont.in/
- Go to the Order History section and select the item you wish to return.
- Choose a return reason (where required, please upload a clear image of the product along with the price tag) and submit the return request.
- You will receive a return confirmation via email, and a pickup will be scheduled.
- Keep the product ready in its original and resalable condition.
- You will receive regular status updates via SMS and/or email.
- A quality check will be conducted once the product reaches our warehouse.
- If the product passes the quality check, the refund will be initiated within 2–3 working days.
Important Return Instructions
- Each item being returned must be handed over separately, as a unique tracking ID (AWB) is generated for every return request.
- Please ensure that only items with an approved return request are handed over to the courier.
- Wigeont will not be responsible for any additional items handed over without a valid return request.
Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping
While we aim to provide reverse pickup services across all locations, this facility may currently be unavailable in certain areas.
If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location:
- You may self-ship the product after generating a Return ID from your Wigeont account.
- Please use surface courier services only.
- Ensure the product is securely packed and reaches us in proper condition.
- Mention the Order ID, Registered Name, and Mobile Number clearly on the package.
- Your refund will be processed once the product is received and clears the quality check.

Important Return & Refund Terms
- Refunds are processed within 15 days from the date the returned product is received at our facility and passes quality inspection.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after initiation.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via UPI or NEFT after confirmation from the customer.
- Shipping charges and convenience fees are non-refundable.
Returns Will Be Declined If
- The product shows signs of use, wear, or damage
- Original tags or packaging are missing
- Return ID or required documentation is missing

Q1: Can I return part of my order?
Yes. You may return individual items by generating a separate Return ID for each product.
Q2: Why was my return request declined?
Returns are declined if the product does not pass quality checks or does not meet the return eligibility criteria.
Q3: Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item as per the policy and place a fresh order.
Q4: How do I return multiple items?
Create a separate Return ID for each item and include all corresponding return details while shipping.
Q5: Is self-shipping allowed?
Yes. You may self-ship the product using a surface courier service and share the courier receipt with us via email. Please ensure the product reaches us within 15 days of initiating the return.
